Submitting Support Tickets

Open a ticket from the Support section of the sidebar. Each message — both the initial ticket body and any reply — has a hard cap of 5,000 characters. A live counter under the textarea tracks where you are:

Counter Color	Range
Default	0 – 4,499 characters
Amber	4,500 – 4,999 characters
Red	At the 5,000-character cap

The browser also enforces the cap via maxlength so you physically can't type past it. If you need to send something longer, attach the detail as a file or split it across replies.
